What you'll do
- Lead plant accounting and close activities, including manufacturing costs, inventory, fixed assets, capital projects, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
- Own cost accounting and establish controls across plant operations; analyze production costs and manufacturing variances.
- Partner with site and cross-functional leaders, strengthen accounting processes for rate-based manufacturing, and develop the site accounting team.
