What you'll do
- Lead maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, equipment recovery, and reliability improvements.
- Manage and develop maintenance supervisors, leads, and technicians; establish coverage, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
- Use CMMS metrics and partner across teams and vendors to resolve failures, improve reliability, and manage spending and equipment lifecycle decisions.
