Provides strategic legal counsel for buy-side commercial transactions and disputes, leading negotiations and building scalable contract-management practices.
What you'll do
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including technology development, manufacturing, commodities, rocket components, and capital equipment purchases and leases.
- Develop negotiation, risk-mitigation, and dispute-resolution standards and playbooks; manage post-contract risks and disputes.
- Advise leadership and cross-functional teams on commercial terms, risk allocation, financial implications, and business decisions.
