Leads engineering and construction of Terran R test infrastructure, coordinating teams and external partners to deliver facilities and test stands on schedule and within budget.
What you'll do
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to define facility requirements and develop project designs, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage construction documentation, RFPs, bids, contractor selection, subcontractors, and on-site construction.
- Represent the owner with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies; support construction, testing, and operations across sites.
