About the job
Leads the development, design, engineering, and construction of Terran R test infrastructure, coordinating technical teams and external partners to deliver test stands and facilities.
What you'll do
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and develop project designs, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage construction documentation, RFPs, bidding, contractor selection and oversight, and on-site construction management.
- Represent the owner with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies; support infrastructure work across company sites.
