About the job
Fabricate and install piping systems and ground-support infrastructure for the Terran R launch site, working with engineering, fabrication, and construction teams.
What you'll do
- Fabricate, fit, and install process piping, utility systems, and other launch-site infrastructure.
- Read technical drawings and specifications; measure, lay out, prepare, align, and install piping components.
- Troubleshoot installation issues, coordinate with other trades, and lead or mentor less-experienced pipe fitters while maintaining safety and quality.

- 5+ years of professional pipe fitting, fabrication, construction, or mechanical experience, with demonstrated industrial piping experience.
- Independently read and interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, blueprints, spool drawings, dimensions, elevations, and piping specifications.
- Hands-on experience preparing pipe and components, including measuring, layout, cutting, beveling, grinding, drilling, fit-up, and alignment.
- Ability to fabricate and install carbon steel, stainless steel, and other piping systems to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience in industrial piping fabrication, installation, maintenance, commissioning, shutdowns, or turnaround work; specialized materials or complex systems.
- Experience in highly regulated industries, pressure testing or commissioning, or pipe-fitting crew leadership.
Pay
$33.20 — $49.80 USD (base salary)
