Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Maintain agentic infrastructure and supporting services, improving reliability, observability, debugging, and failure recovery.
• Operate local LLM inference, systems, storage, containers, and multi-site networking; build tools and automation for engineers.
• Work with engineers to improve infrastructure and package and deploy systems in internal and customer environments.

What they ask for

• 5+ years building and operating complex software and compute infrastructure, with hands-on hardware, operating systems, networking, and automation work.
• Experience deploying an agentic harness such as OpenClaw, Hermes, SybilClaw, or a comparable system in a real work environment.
• Strong Linux and macOS systems experience; production experience operating physical infrastructure, VMs, or containers; and networking fundamentals including routing, VLANs, DNS, and firewalls.
• Ability to build software, scripts, CLIs, and integrations, plus meaningful experience contributing to or maintaining open-source software.

Nice to have

• Experience in ITAR-regulated, air-gapped, export-controlled, or similarly constrained environments.
• Experience with local LLM inference, model routing, context management, multi-agent systems, internal developer infrastructure, or customer deployments.

Pay

$154,000 — $230,000 USD (base salary)
