Performs precision drilling, structural assembly, inspection, and finishing work on aerospace flight hardware during a second shift.
What you'll do
- Drill precision holes and assemble flight hardware using appropriate tooling, adhesives, fasteners, inserts, or hiloks.
- Inspect work with hand tools, perform blending or deburring, and protect hardware with alodine or sealant.
- Maintain safety and shop cleanliness, and foster an inclusive team environment.

- 5+ years of precision drilling, structural assembly, or integration experience in an aerospace field.
- Proficiency with common hand and inspection tools, including mahr gauges.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or team communication tools such as Slack (or equivalent).
- Experience reading drawings or blueprints.

Pay
