What you'll do
- Lead new product introduction, select manufacturing methods and suppliers, and develop scalable processes.
- Conduct DFM reviews and apply APQP, PPAP, FAIR, and 8D practices to support production quality.
- Manage supplier sourcing, specifications, corrective actions, and compliance with quality standards.
