Performs precision drilling, structural assembly, inspections, and finishing work on aerospace flight hardware during a second-shift schedule.
What you'll do
- Drill precision holes in flight hardware and assemble components using adhesives, fasteners, inserts, and hiloks.
- Conduct in-process inspections and perform blending or deburring, then protect hardware with alodine or sealant.
- Maintain safety and shop cleanliness standards and foster an inclusive team environment.
