Supervises first-shift manufacturing teams building Terran R subassemblies, overseeing production schedules, safety, quality, technical issue resolution, and team development.
What you'll do
- Lead up to 25 technicians and shift leads; schedule and prioritize work while enforcing attendance, safety, and quality standards.
- Resolve production issues as second-line technical support and coordinate root-cause work with partners.
- Manage team performance and development, and oversee equipment, tooling, and 6S compliance.
