What you'll do
- Lead daily quick-turn, prototype, and emergent machine shop operations and support production hardware with fixturing.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop machinists while promoting safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams; help develop and implement the department’s strategy to improve lead times.
