Designs the mechanical and structural implementation of Terran R stage fluid systems, from routing and mounting hardware through verification and production integration.
What you'll do
- Conduct fluid routing and design trade studies; design mounting structures and hardware for fluid system components.
- Verify fluid system hardware mechanically using hand calculations and FEA; apply GD&T, DFM, and DFA.
- Incorporate 3D printing methods and work with manufacturing and vendors to bring designs to hardware.
