Manage and grow relationships with Render’s highest-potential commercial customers, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion through scalable engagement programs.
What you'll do
- Manage approximately 300 commercial accounts using proactive, programmatic outreach and enablement.
- Build adoption and expansion programs, identify customer health risks, and support renewals and commercial growth.
- Partner with Customer Engineers and cross-functional teams to guide customers, share insights, and improve programs.
