About the job
Leads the engineering team building and maintaining Render Postgres, setting technical direction and delivering reliable product improvements with cross-functional partners.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and develop Postgres engineers, including hiring and performance management.
- Guide technical design and architecture while driving product initiatives from ideation through launch.
- Partner with Product, Design, Infra, customers, and internal teams to shape roadmaps and deliver customer-focused features.
