What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product engineers, including hiring and performance management.
- Drive product initiatives from ideation to launch, balancing delivery speed with reliability and quality.
- Guide technical decisions and collaborate with Product, Design, customers, and internal stakeholders on roadmaps and solutions.
