About the job

Build and lead Render’s channel partnerships program, developing partner relationships and co-sell motions that generate pipeline and revenue.

What you'll do

  • Identify and develop partnerships with agencies, private equity firms, and eventually systems integrators; establish commercial agreements and co-marketing programs.
  • Create partner enablement, scaled activation, and co-sell processes; coordinate with internal teams to support referrals and manage channel activity.
  • Measure channel performance, drive opportunities from engagement through closed revenue, and build a partner-management team over time.

What they ask for

  • Strong seller orientation, focused on pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue.
  • Experience working with solutions partners, agencies, or systems integrators, ideally in co-sell, referral, or partner-sourced revenue.
  • Record of closing deals, with willingness to travel and meet partners in person.
  • Cross-functional and executive-level communication skills, plus technical orientation sufficient to engage developer-focused partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling a channel program at an infrastructure, developer-tools, or PLG company; familiarity with Crossbeam or joint account mapping and pipeline reviews.
  • Experience with emerging AI systems-integrator or AI consulting partners.
