About the job
Lead Render’s human onboarding and activation teams and build the API-driven platform experience that lets AI agents use Render.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow the UX and Agent Platform teams, including hiring and developing engineers.
- Own the self-serve user journey roadmap from signup through activation, monetization, and expanded feature adoption.
- Guide agent-facing platform development and make architectural and product decisions with product and design partners.
