About the job
Owns and improves day-to-day manufacturing operations for spacecraft components, from assembly documentation and kits to quality processes and production support.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain assembly work instructions, production kits, and calibration processes; certify mechanical and electrical ground support equipment.
- Manage daily production operations, support technicians, resolve non-conformances, and execute dispositions.
- Improve production efficiency and yield, design ground support equipment, and advise design engineering on manufacturability.
