Leads cloud and infrastructure security across Replit’s multi-cloud, container, SaaS, and AI infrastructure, improving security architecture and enabling secure development.
What you'll do
- Harden cloud configurations and manage CSPM baselines, guardrails, and remediation across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Secure SaaS, container, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure through vulnerability management, logging, and security controls.
- Partner with engineering and security teams to embed security into development workflows, support incident investigations, and communicate security guidance.

- 7+ years of cloud engineering experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Hands-on experience with CSPM tools and deep GCP security expertise.
- Experience securing SaaS platforms and identity integrations, and managing infrastructure vulnerabilities across cloud and containers.
- Experience with Kubernetes security and IaC security tools such as Terraform or Pulumi; working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure security.
Nice to have
- Experience securing AI/ML pipelines, AI/agentic systems, or developer platforms.
