Leads and grows a frontend engineering team building user interface frameworks and core AI interfaces that make Replit’s software creation experience intuitive and performant.
What you'll do
- Build, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, and guide people development and performance management.
- Set technical strategy for UI frameworks and patterns, coordinating with design and product engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Set a vision for AI user interfaces and improve the quality, performance, and usage of key product surfaces.
