Leads and scales Replit’s outbound sales development team, setting its strategy and processes to generate qualified pipeline across customer segments.
What you'll do
- Build, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team; manage quota attainment and individual growth.
- Create outbound playbooks and improve targeting, outreach, qualification, lead routing, and pipeline generation with sales, marketing, and operations.
- Analyze performance, maintain CRM and reporting accuracy, and coordinate effective handoffs and feedback with Account Executives.
