Senior Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO)

What you'll do

• Manage security operations and establish, accredit, maintain, and modify SCIFs, SAPFs, and other approved classified spaces.
• Oversee personnel security, classified information safeguarding, inspections, incident reporting, and security education.
• Coordinate security requirements and approvals with government representatives, customers, program teams, and Information Assurance.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Ten or more years of progressive industrial or program security experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs, including FSO responsibility at a facility authorized to safeguard classified information.
• Direct experience supporting SCI and SAP environments, including facility accreditation activities and CUAs; practical experience applying NISPOM, ICD 705, DoD SAP security requirements, DD Forms 254, and security classification guidance.
• Proficiency with DISS and NISS; experience with NBIS/eApp workflows; completion of the CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities curriculum or an accepted predecessor or equivalent.

Nice to have

• ISP certification, ISOC, or another relevant professional security credential.
• Experience with JADE or other customer-specific SCI/SAP security management systems, or familiarity with RMF.
