About the job
Build and operate Resend’s email transport infrastructure, improving delivery, reputation controls, observability, and safety across its sending network.
What you'll do
- Develop SMTP delivery, MTA systems, routing, retry strategies, throttling, IP pools, and reputation-aware delivery controls.
- Improve delivery outcome classification and build tools to debug issues across customers, providers, routes, IPs, and message types.
- Partner with Trust & Safety and Core Sending, respond to incidents, and take on-call rotations for critical services.
