Serve as Resolve AI’s first technical recruiter, hiring engineering talent and establishing recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and talent practices.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles, including engineering, AI Research, infrastructure, backend, frontend, and security.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers on hiring needs; build sourcing campaigns and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Create foundational recruiting processes, share funnel and market insights, and contribute to employer branding.
