About the job
Leads the movement, inventory control, receiving, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods in a textile mill, while developing a team of Material Specialists.
What you'll do
- Coordinate material transfers and receiving, and maintain accurate inventory records and traceability.
- Manage finished goods inventory, prepare and coordinate shipments, and resolve delivery or documentation issues.
- Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and build and develop a team of Material Specialists.

- Understanding of inventory control and material flow in a manufacturing environment; ability to use ERP/inventory software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment or obtain certification, perform physical material-handling work, and regularly lift up to 25–50 lbs.
Nice to have
- Associate’s degree or relevant technical training; textile or manufacturing experience and knowledge of yarns and fabrics.
- Forklift certification, familiarity with quality systems and traceability, and experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
