Supports Retool’s commercial contracting and vendor program, while building scalable legal operations and advising internal teams on operational and AI-related legal matters.
What you'll do
- Review, revise, and negotiate customer contracts, including MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and NDAs; advise the sales team on transactions.
- Lead vendor contract reviews and build and maintain contract workflows, templates, playbooks, and process documentation.
- Partner with internal teams on operational legal matters and monitor legal developments affecting AI and the business.
