About the job
Leads cross-functional business operations and strategic initiatives to help Retool scale, improve its operating systems, and prepare for IPO-readiness.
What you'll do
- Partner with leaders across product, engineering, go-to-market, operations, and support to inform strategic decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Own high-value initiatives end to end and manage the company’s OKR process, including goal-setting, progress reporting, and driving key results.
- Work with the C-suite, Finance, and Operations teams to improve company operations and incubate new functions and teams.
