About the job

Define and deliver infrastructure and operational capabilities that help enterprises deploy, manage, observe, secure, and scale Retool apps and AI agents.

What you'll do

  • Set product strategy and roadmap, and lead projects from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Partner with engineering on infrastructure, deployment, observability, data connectivity, and access-control systems, making product and architectural tradeoffs.
  • Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to turn recurring needs into scalable platform capabilities and measure outcomes such as reliability and deployment time.

What they ask for

  • 4+ years of product management experience building infrastructure, developer-platform, or technically complex enterprise software.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment products, including the ability to reason about areas such as compute, networking, orchestration, multi-tenancy, observability, reliability, and self-hosted environments.
  • Technical depth to participate credibly in architecture discussions and evaluate tradeoffs with senior engineers.
  • Experience working directly with technical enterprise customers and translating their constraints into product priorities.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on curiosity about AI, including building or experimenting with modern AI tools and understanding agents, LLMs, and autonomous workflows.
  • Prior AI product-management experience is helpful, but not required.
