About the job
Build and operate Retool’s agent platform, owning the behavior, evaluation, and reliability of AI features across cloud and self-hosted environments.
What you'll do
- Design agent strategies and tools, including prompting, context construction, retrieval, routing, and tool use.
- Build evaluation systems and diagnose agent failures to improve quality, safety, and reliability.
- Partner with product and infrastructure teams on agent workloads, including provisioning, isolation, and rollout.
