About the job
Revel’s first security engineer will establish and build the company’s security program for software that controls critical hardware, spanning product architecture, infrastructure, secure delivery, incident response, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Define and implement security strategy, architecture, and roadmap; threat-model the platform and integrate security into product design and releases.
- Harden cloud, on-premises, Linux, Kubernetes, CI/CD, endpoints, and SaaS systems; build automated security controls, monitoring, and incident response.
- Lead compliance efforts for ITAR, NIST 800-171, CUI, and CMMC, and serve as the primary security contact for customers.
