What you'll do
- Manage recurring billing operations in SuiteProjects Pro (OpenAir) and NetSuite, including billing setup and invoice creation.
- Review SOWs and changes for billing compliance; manage invoice approvals and resolve issues.
- Reconcile invoices and rates, maintain the SOW Database, and identify process improvements.
