About the job
Own and deliver the modernization and target-state architecture of NetSuite and its lead-to-cash integrations, while governing partner work and contributing hands-on to development.
What you'll do
- Modernize legacy customizations and end-of-life modules, including Contract Renewals → SuiteBilling migration, ARM adoption, OpenAir disposition, and customer record rationalization.
- Govern implementation partner work and establish development, integration, release, and documentation standards.
- Partner with business teams, contribute directly to delivery, provide technical escalation support, and mentor the NetSuite developer and admin.
