Owns and improves the company’s learning programs and systems, designing and delivering training, onboarding, and career-development resources and measuring their effectiveness.

- Analyze learning needs and design, develop, coordinate, and facilitate training across multiple modalities.
- Manage onboarding programs, the LMS, learning resources, and the company-wide training calendar.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and use data and feedback to recommend improvements.
