Own employee IT support and the systems, devices, and office infrastructure that keep Rho’s SF office and distributed team running.
What you'll do
- Provide employee hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting support; lead IT onboarding.
- Manage device lifecycle, identity and SaaS systems, and office IT infrastructure.
- Build IT processes and documentation, and partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management.
