Supports day-to-day payment operations by processing repayments, rewards, credits, and payment exceptions while maintaining program settings and coordinating with internal teams and the partner bank.
What you'll do
- Process client repayments, rewards, credits, and payment exceptions across ACH and wire operations.
- Maintain credit and card program settings, monitor delinquency, and route fraud, compliance, and legal escalations.
- Support the Letter of Credit program and improve payment workflows and documentation.
