Own full-cycle recruiting and sourcing to expand candidate pipelines and hire talent across technology, sales, leadership, and other roles.
What you'll do
- Source and engage candidates; build pipelines of active and passive talent.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Operations to understand needs and align sourcing strategies.
- Use data and market insights to improve outreach, develop creative sourcing methods, and maintain candidate records in ATS and sourcing systems.
