Own and build Rho’s governed, code-based design system as the frontend foundation for its business banking platform, enabling teams to ship consistent, high-quality interfaces at scale.
What you'll do
- Define and govern the system’s architecture, tokens, primitives, motion language, documentation, contribution model, and standards.
- Partner with engineers and designers to shape component behavior and establish quality and governance practices.
- Build a system that helps more than 80 engineers and PMs ship to the design bar, including documentation that AI agents can query and use.
