What you'll do
- Build relationships with technology talent and strengthen Rho’s talent brand, including partnering with marketing on events.
- Develop hiring processes and advise teams on searches; use experimentation and a human-first approach to candidate messaging.
- Own recruiting funnels and metrics, and support hiring needs across the business.
