Leads deployments of industrial robots at customer sites, from preparation and commissioning through operational handover, while establishing procedures and managing field operators and service partners.
What you'll do
- Manage site preparation, installation, system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and FAT/SAT sign-off.
- Create site runbooks, train operators, manage service partners, and establish maintenance, escalation, and spare-parts processes.
- Coordinate deployment teams and capture field learnings for engineering and operations teams.
