What you'll do

  • Build distributed training orchestration, experiment management, and artifact tooling across GPU clusters.
  • Develop observability for training runs, including utilization, training statistics, and anomaly detection.
  • Improve research iteration speed and GPU cluster utilization through scheduling, automation, and internal tools.

What they ask for

  • Strong software engineering skills and experience with MLOps or ML platform engineering.
  • Familiarity with distributed training frameworks such as PyTorch DDP, FSDP, DeepSpeed, or Megatron.
  • Experience building experiment tracking, reproducibility, and artifact management systems.
  • Experience operating GPU clusters and reliability systems, including monitoring, alerting, and failure recovery.

Nice to have

  • Experience with training orchestration or experiment tracking tools.
  • Experience supporting large-model training pipelines, parallelism strategies, or cloud-based training infrastructure.
