About the job
Lead client-facing implementations of Ridgeline’s front-office platform for investment managers, from discovery and configuration through go-live.
What you'll do
- Own front-office implementation workstreams, designing and deploying client workflows from discovery through go-live.
- Configure and test client systems, including portfolio setup, compliance rules, data migration, security master, trade and settlement, and reporting; educate clients.
- Partner with product, engineering, and integration teams to resolve issues, support integrations, and relay customer feedback.
