Leads the Internal AI Platform organization, building AI products, agents, and shared capabilities that improve employee productivity and business outcomes across Ridgeline.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow engineering teams, setting strategy and execution across multiple AI domains.
- Define the AI roadmap and partner with business and technical leaders to identify, deliver, and measure high-value AI solutions.
- Guide scalable, secure AI systems and foster AI adoption and AI-enabled software development across the company.

$214,500-$268,000 USD base salary; $236,000-$295,000 USD base salary
