Own core accounting processes, close, controls, and reporting infrastructure for Rilla’s finance team as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules; manage revenue recognition, AP, accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets.
- Assist with financial statements, management reports, audits, tax filings, cash-flow forecasting, and budgeting; coordinate with external auditors and advisors.
- Improve accounting policies, controls, systems, and workflows, and support benefits administration.
