What you'll do
- Work across engineering, product, sales, and go-to-market teams to identify operational bottlenecks and build solutions.
- Turn manual or missing processes into scalable systems and implement tools such as CRMs, dashboards, and automation.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, improve company-wide efficiency, and manage systems access and permissions.
