About the job
Build and own Rilla’s compliance and IT operations, automating audit readiness and establishing the systems needed to support regulated business operations.
What you'll do
- Maintain SOC 2 and drive HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001; build compliance systems, evidence pipelines, and AI-enabled workflow automation.
- Establish IT operations, including device management, onboarding and offboarding, network troubleshooting, and in-person employee support.
- Coordinate compliance and IT work across engineering, HR, legal, and leadership, and provide leadership with clear status visibility.
