What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding and deployment plans, coordinating milestones and stakeholders.
- Translate accounting and finance workflows into requirements and practical solutions; support configuration, data migration, reconciliations, and integrations.
- Guide customer training, change management, and adoption while identifying risks and keeping launches on track.
