Serve as Rillet’s first Lead HR Business Partner, advising leaders and building people practices as the company scales beyond 200 employees.
What you'll do
- Partner with functional leaders on org design, headcount planning, leveling, and team structure; coach managers on performance and difficult conversations.
- Own employee relations, including investigations, performance improvement, and separations, coordinating with counsel.
- Run performance and compensation cycles, use people data to inform decisions, and automate repeatable People work with AI.
