Leads the implementation team and oversees client onboarding and deployment of Rillet’s accounting platform from kickoff through go-live.
What you'll do
- Manage, mentor, and provide performance feedback to the Implementation team.
- Oversee client implementations, project plans, data migration, reconciliation, and integrations.
- Improve implementation processes and coordinate with clients and Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
