Lead engineering for integrating Ripple’s digital asset capabilities into its enterprise treasury platform, building the team and shipping software while remaining hands-on in development.
What you'll do
- Design and build systems connecting digital asset functions with Ripple Treasury, including full-stack .NET services and Angular or React frontends.
- Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop a team of up to four full-stack developers while contributing production code.
- Lead rapid software delivery and establish engineering practices in partnership with product, compliance, treasury, and digital asset teams.
